Modern 5 bedroom home located on the flat of Manly. Easy 2 minute walk to the middle of Manly beach and 5 minute walk to Manly town centre.
The home captures both the morning and afternoon sun. It is well ventilated. But also has the option of air conditioning if the weather is very hot. In winter, the floors are solar heated, and there is a gas fireplace.
Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds, and 2 have king single beds. There is also a study which doubles as a second living area The couches in the study can be reconfigured to a double bed or 2 singles. There is a main bathroom and ensuite upstairs, along with a 3rd bathroom on the study & guest room level. The back garden contains a hot outdoor shower for after the beach and a large trampoline. The home is well suited for a large family.
