Recently retired couple selling house in Feb and retiring to sunny forster to our 2 bedroom beachfront unit .Deb is a retired trainer/assessor from disability sector.Geoff is a retired home delivery Milko .we love sea and tree changes and are looking at house swapping around aust as well as short stays back in Newcastle regularly.looking for a specific swap in Christmas school hols to melbourne CBD in Jan 2025 for Geoffs birthday.But happy with swaps anywhere ,anytime elsewhere

-large smart TV in Lounge and Master bedroom
- great assortment of DVD s, CDs, Books and Games for any rainy days
- Kitchen , bathroom and balconies being refurbished in March.
- lovely views, park the car and walk to everything. Close to great restaurants and beachside activities
***Unit lift is being replaced from Start June to End August 2024 so anyone wishing to swap will need to be able to negotiate 4 flights of stairs (we will be staying elsewhere for the duration of the works -Ive had bilateral knee replacements)
