Lucky to live in this beautiful natural environment. Yaroomba beach only 200m away, nature walks through Point Arkwright, wetlands behind me. Mt Coolum a kilometre away. My house is a beach home. low set brick and besser block built 40 years ago as a beach home by my father.

The House

Authentic Yaroomba Beach House, built by my father 42 years ago. Maintained with love.
3 Bedroom all with double beds, built in wardrobes, air-con in two bedrooms and air con that covers the main lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Head out to the back garden and enjoy the garden, a lovely undercover patio, BBQ. In the evening it looks lovely with fairy lights.
I am located on the David Low Way which has moderate traffic volume during the day.

The things we love about living here

Two local Surf Clubs Coolum and Marcoola that will pick you up by bus and return you to the house.
Mt Coolum walk 2k's away
Nature walk around Point Arkwright
Yaroomba Beach
Walk across the road to grab a morning coffee at Wagtails and in the evening a Thai Cafe is also across the road to save you driving.
Lovely cafes and restaurants 2 k's away in Coolum, plus Coles, Woolworths and Dan Murphys
Mt Coolum also has the best bakery
Mt Coolum and Palmers Golf course 1 kilometre way
Twin Waters Gold Course is 8 kilometres away
Bike paths to get you to Noosa in the north and Maroochydore to the south.
A bus stops either way right next to the property for public transport access.

We had a lovely weekend in Mark's beach house which was built with care and love by his father. The beach is close by, and we also climbed Mt Coolum, also nearby. It was a very relaxing break. Our home was very well looked after by Mark.
