We are a professional couple in our early 60's with 3 adult daughters - who may or may not be with us. We enjoy travelling and living in different areas to experience new things. We enjoy the coast, bush walking , cycling and playing sport in general. We are house proud and would look after your house as if it's our own.

Walking distance to the beach and creek. House has 4 bedrooms all with Queen beds (also has 2 fold out beds in 2 different rooms one a double and other a queen if need more bedding) and 2 bathrooms and is located in a quiet cul de sac , so children can ride bikes, scooters out the front with no problems and it has a lovely bush outlook from the back verandah. Not uncommon to see Kangaroos out the front . It has a dining room, 2 living areas (one has a queen sofa bed) plus a rumpus room which also has a double sofa bed for those extra guests and an undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, TV which is great for watching TV and eating outside on a glorious evening and a fire pit. The kitchen also has 3 stools at the bench for easy eating. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable beachside holiday. There are plenty of "toys" to use - bikes, kayak, canoes, SUP, surfboards, boogie boards. There are some great bush walking tracks if you are not wanting to hit the beach which is an easy 7 minutes walk from the house and it's also a five minute walk to the local hotel and cafe. There is also a playground at the end of the street as well as a skate park, grass oval and basketball/netball courts, so all ages are catered for.

We just had a great stay in Richard and Jane’s place at Valla Beach. Enjoyed the serenity of the bush off the back deck. Easy walk to the beach though the bush and great waves at the end of the track. The house was comfortable with everything you need. The two local restaurants had great food and Valla is central to many of the iconic spots in the region for day trips. we have already spoken of another swap in the future.
