Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Christchurch, Burwood , South Island
Ann and Bert are second time house swappers. Only did one house swap in North Island of New Zealand. Lived in Australia for years, Bert is Australian. Family are in Sydney, Victoria and Perth. We are over 70 non smokers, considerate of others houses. We used to have a golden retriever but now do not have any pets. Keen on swapping with anyone in the Huskisson/Vincentia area as daughter and 3 grandchildren live there, or Melbourne in the north east area, as my son lives there and grandchildren, all grown up now. We are quite fussy about cleanliness and tidyness!

Modern 3 bedroom house, sunny, warm. Sheltered patio area getting al day sun. Small garden. Main bedroom with en suite has a super king sized bed and opens to patio. The other front bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a third bedroom where we have the computer, and if necessary we have a single bed which could be used. House probably not suitable for children in as much as no kids things, although the section is fully fenced. There are just the two of us for house swaps. House is about 15 mins. drive into the city. We are 5 mins. drive to beach and QE11 which is a huge swimming complex. Wi fi, large screen smart TV, Air con.+
