We are an over 50's professional, working couple (physiotherapist and teacher) looking for short term swaps, in the SA school holidays. We enjoy visiting and exploring new places, the country side and doing walking or hiking. Sometimes we appreciate the opportunity to bring another, similar couple with us for company.

A comfortable, renovated Colonial style home with high ceilings and nice bright character. Small yard, nice verandah. Ducted gas heating, and split system airconditioning. Corner spa in master bedroom ensuite bathroom. One king size bed, one queen sized bed, 1 double bunk bed plus fold out couch. Our home is a 10-15 minute drive from both the CBD and the beach, and close to public transport, in a relatively quiet residential area. Close to local parks, playgrounds and shopping centres. Also close to bus and train public transport.Only a few kilometres from Adelaide's lovely Linear Park.
