Hi We are an active, sports-loving family of four consisting of parents (John and Nicole, both early 40's) employed by the Australian Government, with two well-mannered and well-behaved kids (Georja, age 13 and Jordan, 10 ). We are ideally looking to swap houses with someone living in New Zealand's South, or North Island, Nthn NSW or Sthn Queensland however are open to offers on location. Our Falcon station wagon could be considered in the swap. We'd love to hear from you.

Our home is a large, modern, well-appointed, low maintenance four bedroom plus rumpus house, on a large, easy care block. The main bedroom includes an ensuite and walk-in robe. The large courtyard also includes an area for relaxation and a basketball hoop for the active ones. You will have access to the family bikes, perfect for riding the nearby bike paths to local parks and playgrounds. Other extras include an alarm system, ducted vacuum and solar panels.
