We are both professional women in our mid 40's. Our place is a lovely, roomy, older house with a modern and large kitchen. There are a few stairs so it's not for the immobile. We love it and plan to spend the next few years, improving it even more. The pool is gorgeous; the garden a tropical beauty. Lots of room and only 8 kms from the CBD. 1 x car and 1 x scooters available. Bus stop close by and Ferry stop a short bus ride away.
