Hi, we are a family of four with mum, dad, a 12 yr and 17yr old boys. Very tidy, clean and responsible so we look for like minded swappers. We have two dogs, one a toy size and another a medium size. A lizard and fish as well (if they count). We don't always need to take our dogs to where we go, or do our dogs need your attention (we don't expect you to dog mind!), but thought we'd let you know. Other than that, happy to negotiate something to make the house swap happen.

Our home is a Spanish style home with elevated views of surrounding mountains, triple garage and downstairs rumpus/TV room and granny flat with beds/bathroom/laundry.
You can dine in the undercover front patio with views of the Brindabella mtns and Mt Taylor or on our rear deck. There are four bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom with ensuite/king bed, and one each with a king single each. The fourth bedroom is our office space where you can plug your laptop into the monitor to use.
Triple garage, but parking for two cars and an undercover carport behind solid gates. Pet friendly.
The backyard has a 5 person spa and timber deck. The side and front of the house is under construction but this does not affect your stay or enter/exit to the house.
It is located within 1.5kms of local shops/cafes with everything you need and within 5kms of the Tuggeranong precinct with Lake Tuggeranong, Southpoint shopping mall, sporting facilities, outdoor parks, BBQs and cafes etc. Only 7kms from the Woden precinct with similar facilities. We are lucky in Canberra to have so much so close.
Only 20-25mins drive into Canberra city and the leading cultural institutions; 15mins to the world class Mt Stromlo mountain bike trails and within 2 hrs east drive to NSW south coast, or south to the Snowy Mtns. 66kms of the Murrumbidgee River flows through Canberra with Pine Island (BBQs, sandy beach, swings etc approx' 7kms from us near the Tuggeranong precinct.

Canberra has a surprising number of leading cultural institutions, more cafes per head of population than any other city and the perfect mix of urban and bush/outdoors.
We have national parks within a 30min drive, world class MTB trails everywhere and within 2hrs drive of the beautiful Eurobodalla coast and Snowy mountains. Perfect day drives.
Being a satellite city, we have a huge number of amenities within 5kms of our place including a 7km loop community lake...think walking, jogging, bike riding, kayaking, indoor leisure complex, skate park, golf courses, cafes, shopping mall all surrounded in mountain views.
The house is a Spanish style and huge. Great for kids or just to have space and views in a new renovated home. Master room has a king bed and ensuite as well. Enjoy!
