Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mount Coolum, QLD
I am in my early 40's, with 5 year old twin girls. i work in medical field at a local hospital. I am a quiet, laid-back mum who enjoys exploring new places and giving my girls new things to experience. my girls are fun-loving little monkeys, but well behaved and respectful. We would treat any place we stay with love and care. we have a cheeky jack russel dog, who loves a good ball throw, he would require feeding and a scratch now and then. Other arrangements can be made for him if required. we have also added four chickens to our family, they live in an enclosed run, and I can organise food for them, so all you have to do is collect their eggs and enjoy! Open to all offers.will try respond to all.

2km from one of the quietest beaches on the sunshine coast. Walk to spectacular Mount Coolum for the best views of the whole coast. Close to Coolum Beach and all shopping. 20 mins drive to either Noosa or Mooloolaba beaches.
Local shops (15min walk) have IGA, bottle shop, hairdresser, chemist and doctor, butcher and a few take aways.
Ground level, single story, open plan living, light and breezy. Cool in summer, warm in winter.
Fully enclosed large back yard. Large undercover back porch. Enclosed pool with deck and pool toys.
Modern en suite bathroom adjoins main bedroom with king bed (well a very comfy mattress on the floor!!!), second bedroom and third bedrooms with a double and queen bed and spare mattress. Fourth bedroom has single mattress, all with ceiling fans.
There is a large rumpus room with 32 inch tv, Wii, air con. A computer also sits in this room with unlimited wifi. there is also a sofa bed in the rumpus room that would sleep two.
Oven with gastop burners.dishwasher and all kitchen essentials. Fully fly-screened. Off street parking in a small court within a very quiet neigbourhood.
4 bikes are avaliable.
We have two small dogs. Who are super cute and snuggly.

We had a lovely long weekend staying in Kayte"s home. It was so close to everything. We walked mount coolum early one morning and it was only 5 minutes drive away. The kids enjoyed playing with their dog and feeding the chickens. Kayte left our home exactly the way we gave it to her.
