Substantial three-bedroom property, which covers the ground level of our beloved family home. The property is let as a holiday rental and has all the conveniences of a home, including a fully equipped kitchen. A large driveway to the front door of the property provides easy access at ground level. The property is light-filled and immaculately kept, with views to the sea from the living/dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. It includes a modern bathroom and a large deck with table and chairs and BBQ looking out to the sea. The property is double-brick with excellent insulation, providing a cool living space during the summer months and holding the warmth during the winter. A full-size tennis court adjourning the property is available for your use. Access to the beach is via steps 100 metres from the property. The beach provides a safe, sheltered and beautiful swimming location, as well as a lovely walk along the ocean (20 minutes to the far headland). The Mollymook area has a number of high quality restaurants, including Rick Steins' Bannisters Restaurant. Nearby Milton and Berry are small historic towns to explore with good shopping and cafes. The coast also provides excellent mountain walking tracks for those interested in hiking.
