Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Narara, Central Coast, NSW
I am a commercial accountant and I have 2 children aged 15 and 12 years. We are looking to house swap during nsw school holidays and possibly sometimes on a weekend (or just the saturday night) if it is within 1.5 hours drive of the central coast nsw. Usually I will be looking for a simultaneous swap, however there may be the odd occasion where I can do a non-simultaneous swap. The most likely timing is over the christmas - early January period, as I am usually visiting family for christmas. My mum may also sometimes travel with us. We have 2 cats that would require care.

Located on the Central Coast of NSW my house is very private, set back from the road behind 2 other houses and overlooking a small creek. It is a double storey 4 bedroom house with 3 living areas, set up as a lounge/dining, second lounge area for the kids and a toy/games/gymnastics/tv room. There is a double garage with remote control, reverse cycle ducted air con, and a washing machine and dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed. 2 bedrooms have single beds. The 4th bedroom has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed downstairs and a cot mattress stored under one of the kids beds. I also have 2 foam single seater lounges that can be used as a mattress in the upstairs play room if someone needs to stretch it to 10.
There is a cubby house down the back with a massive slide, monkey bars and a massive 14ft trampoline. NBN is connected with unlimited internet and Netflix. There is a PS4, however if we are driving to our destination this usually comes with us.
I am a non smoker and insist on no smoking inside the house.
I have a 8 seat 2018 Kia Carnival (automatic) with 1 children's booster seat available. Am open to talking about a car swap.
2 cats require feeding.

Narara is located on the central coast of nsw. We are 3 km to Gosford and 19km to Terrigal.
The Central Coast has many local attractions including the Reptile Park, Tree Top Adventure Park, Walkabout Park, Amazement, Henry Kendall Cottage, pelican feeding at The Entrance, Brisbane Water cruises, Glenworth Valley horse riding, as well as many beach and nature activities.
We are only an hour from Sydney and the Hunter Valley, so it is very easy to do day trips.
There is ten pin bowling and laser tag only minutes away, and 2 shopping centres within 15 - 20 minutes (Erina and Tuggerah) both having cinemas and numerous shops. Erina also has ice skating.

We had such a good time at Larissa's house with her beautiful cats. Communication was good and the house is spacious and comfortable; our 3 boys just loved the backyard with cubby house, giant slide, trampoline, soccer nets and much more. The nearby Strickland State Forest is amazing and we ventured out to Somersby Falls and Bateau Bay as well. A great holiday. Thanks, Larissa! (PS: This was not a simultaneous swap.)
