We are a close family who look forward to spending time together in the holidays, at the end of each busy school term. Things we enjoy include beach activities (dolphin spotting!), bush walking, golf and eating out. We like to soak up the atmosphere of a destination rather than visiting major tourist attractions. Our much loved, recently renovated home is bright and spacious, in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours. The large windows and northerly aspect of the living areas provide an abundance of natural light and cosy warmth in winter. An outside awning protects from the hot summer sun. A sliding door opens from the family room out onto the deck, with a BBQ and also a netball ring in the back yard. All beds are comfy and the house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling. There are 2 bathrooms and a powder room, as well as a large laundry. Many visitors have commented on the delightful feel of our home. We love living here and are sure you will enjoy it too!

Mount Waverley is a leafy suburb of Melbourne, with many parks and bike paths. Our home is close to beautiful Valley Reserve which has an amazing adventure playground and lots of walking tracks. Shops, cafes, restaurants and railway station are an easy 1km walk and the M1/Monash freeway and Eastlink are only minutes away. The CBD is 20 mins by car or 25 mins by train. Chadstone and The Glen Shopping Centres are a 5 minute drive. Stunning Edithvale beach and the Dandenong Ranges are also easily accessible in 25 minutes.

Our swap with Ange, Dean, April and Bonny was our first one and went like clockwork. Ange was great to deal with throughout and left their place sparking clean and a nice bottle of red with a welcoming note was on the table when we arrived. We really enjoyed the house and quiet surroundings with a quaint creek walk nearby. All in all we had a great time and when we returned home our place was immaculate. Ange was great to deal with and made our first swap such an enjoyable time.
