Beautiful bright beach house on 1 acre with gorgeous tree views. 2km to Mount Martha Beach and village. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Big backyard perfect for kids to play - with trampoline, cubby, sandpit and swings. And lots of toys inside. Fully fenced. Quick 2 min drive to the local beach and shops. Also close to the Red Hill wineries. Peninsula hot Springs 20 min drive. Surrounded by beautiful beaches. 10 mins drive to Mornington main st. Also a log fire inside for the chilly nights and a outdoor Sauna and Shower. Bathrooms are all recently renovated. Separate TV room for kids with beanbags.
House is set up with a king bed in the main bedroom, both kids rooms have double bunks and a trundle. Downstairs is a queen bed in our guest bedroom.
We have 2 guinea pigs that would require feeding.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara's house, The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished and has an amazing outlook over valley and bush. There is abundant birdlife and a fantastic half basketball court which was fun for all. Location provided an easy walk through bushland to the beach and shops. The beach was idyllic with golden soft sand and calm water. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity for this magnificent house swap and would love to do it again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful Mt Martha home. The owners were an absolute delight to deal with. The house was beautifully clean, organised and comfortable. They were the perfect guests at our house and we would have them back anytime.
