Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Port Macquarie, Mid north coast of NSW, NSW
We are a retired couple, and keen travellers and we enjoy spending months away at time. We prefer a long lead in time especially if the swap involves long haul flights and in that case usually request a month's swap time or more. Experienced exchangers with 37 to date,references available on request from former exchange partners. We would also consider shorter exchanges within NSW especially a week in inner Sydney over the Christmas / New Year period

It is free standing contemporary house on a single level with 4 bedrooms,(one used as study) two bathrooms . The house has a floor area of 225 square metres, plus a separate double garage and external laundry under another roof. Two king sized beds and two large single beds. There is a separate sitting /tv room and a large living /dinning /kitchen area opening onto a patio overlooking the back garden . The entire house has hardwood floors which are easy care and we request that outside shoes are left at the door. Please note the house is not suitable for small children .
