Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Black Rock, VIC
We are a professional couple with two teenage sons. We have done a lot of travelling and we are very interested in sports - particularly sailing, tennis, cycling and golf. Our home is very clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and it faces north so as to get a lot of sunshine. We a very nice solar heated pool and a large modern kitchen and lounge with Steinway piano. We live a short walk from beautiful half moon bay and from many great golf courses. Cycling along Beach Rd bike path (At the end of our street is also very popular. We are 30 minutes drive from the CBD and there are lots of nice shops and restaurants near us.

Very clean and modern home with all appliances and modern kitchen. North facing from all main rooms with sunshine and balcony. New pool with solar heating and lovely outdoor BBQ area. Beach only a few minutes walk away and golf courses also 5 minutes walk away. Half Moon Bay is our local beach and is just beautiful. Enjoy fish and chips and a glass of wine down at our local restaurant by the Bay!

We have recently enjoyed the most lovely 5 nights in Mandy and Family's cosy Black rock home. We had not explored this beautiful part of Victoria before and although Easter time was consistenly raining we had a cosy warm home to enjoy together in between rain storms. The rest of the time we were out exploring the incredible half moon bay just at the end of their street, and close by little waterside towns like Mordialloc. We adored the little Lily their little Cavalier who we were lucky enough to look after. So gentle, snuggly and so very easy to care for. She loved getting out exploring each day and was simply delight to look after. Even though too cold to use the pool was a beaufiful view to look over. Thr home was left pefectly set up for guests. Mandy was so easy and kind to communicate with, with a connection call we got all the details right to allow for a smooth and wonderful house swap experience. Grateful beyond words that they even looked after our Murphy Boy (Groodle) and took such loving care of him. Our home was treated as if it were their own and left clean, tidy and like they were never there. We would be so happy to swap again with this beautiful family.
