Hi! My name is Shaun and my wife's name is Briohny. We are a relatively young family as our boys are both under 10 years old. I'm a Firefighter and Briohny is a University Lecturer! She's the smart one!!! We are super keen to start doing some regular travelling! We have a big 6 month trip planned for Europe that we want to do in 2019 but for now we are interested in trying the house swap situation around Australia. We have family in W.A and have always wanted to go to Tasmania and we're also open to other destinations!!

Our house is situated in a relatively quiet cul de sac with a childrens park with access to the Gold Coast waterways 100m from our front yard. We have 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the kids rooms have a single bed in each. Our home has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. We have a study with broadband internet with Wifi for the rest of the house. There is a media room with a large LCD TV with surround sound. Our kitchen, living and dining rooms are one open planned area with a large Plasma TV. The kitchen is great for cooking up a feast with a 90cm oven and gas cooktop. The entertaining area is a waterproof 100 square meter undercover area which overlooks our fully fenced inground swimming pool. The whole yard is fenced in by a wall/fence to keep the kiddies in.

Last but certainly not least, 20km to the beautiful rain forest and waterfall laden Gold Coast Hinterland!!! These are just the major attractions, there are numerous parks and literally hundreds of cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Enjoy!!!!
