The House

Our beachside townhouse receives plenty of sun and is light and breezy inside. We have 2 outdoor areas - a large viewing deck (ocean views) on the first floor and a more sheltered deck at ground level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and toilet and a smaller bedroom. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and toilet, and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has all modern appliances, there is a Weber Q bbq for outdoor cooking. We have Foxtel and Wifi. Our home would ideally suit a small family or 2 couples. We have airconditioning units in the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs living areas.

The Location

We are ideally located at Scarborough beach, 500 metres from the beachfront. Close by within easy walking distance are restaurants, cafes, bars and public transport. Fremantle is an easy 25 minutes drive down the coast, and the CBD is about 20 minutes drive. The bus service to the nearest train station (Stirlling or Glendalough) operates frequently and is about 100 metres walk from our home. We love where we live and although we live in a moderate density area it is usually relatively quiet as we are not on a main thoroughfare.
