Milan owns his own business a consultancy firm in property and Jo has been a stay at home Mum for the past 12 years. We just renovated our home. We are close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. Hi,
We are a family of 4 looking for our next adventure.
Milan has his own business and Jo has been a stay at home Mum for the past 12 years. We have two boys 12 and 8 years.
Our house has just been renovated, with lots of room and is located in a quiet street.
Downstairs area:
- Master bedroom with king size bed.
- Master ensuite bathroom.
- Study area with computer and electric desk. The study has sliding doors to close off the room for more privacy and on the ouside of the windows we have electric blinds that can be closed to reduce the outside light. This room also has a piano.
- Guest bathroom.
- Toy room, can also be used as a bedroom. We have a self inflate blow up bed. This will be converted into a bedroom by Dec 2023.
- Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ceiling inside drying hanger.
- Living and dining room, kitchen and butlers pantry. We have two dishwahers.
Upstairs area:
- Living area with TV.
- Gaming computer and 2 gaming chairs
- 2 x bedrooms, both with queen size beds and a single pull out trundle underrneath.
- Cupboards full of toys, arts/crafts and books.
- Bathroom with toilet and shower.
- All rooms have block out blinds.
Outside area:
- Cabana with sliding doors that open up to the backyard.
Inside has gym equipment, 2 seater sunlighten sauna, bathroom with shower, two tv's, fridge, heating and cooling.
- Basketball court
- Salt water pool that can be gas heated and solar heated.
- Outdoor shower.
- Seating area around the pool, with outdoor TV.
- BBQ area.
- Seperate undercover deck area with outdoor table and chairs.
- Quiet front yard, shaded by trees.
- Off street parking for two cars.
We are willing to do a car swap. I have a 7 seater and my husband has a 5 seater.
We have booster seats for older children.

We live in a quiet street.
We're close to many great parks and Centre rd is very close which has great restaurants and food options.
Chadstone shopping centre less than 20mins away and Southland another great shopping centre is 15 mins away.
We are close to many great attractions and train stations.
At our back entrance, we are 30m from the local primary school which has a great play area and room to run around.
