We are a family of four with daughter and son in school seeking to travel during the school holidays. Fiona is a Landscape Architect, artist and avid gardener. Stephen is a Program Manager for Australia Post who enjoys cycling, coffee, reading, and being generally active. We also have a dog who is well looked after during our holidays our super friendly locals. We have had 4 great house swap experiences and keen to do more. Our house is in a very quiet street with very friendly neighbors and walking distance to everything.

Our heritage listed home has 3 spacious bedrooms, reading room, open kitchen / living area and fully equipped seperate office. It is recently renovated and includes a large and well maintained back garden and a comfortable shaded outdoor entertaining area.
We are located centrally (The Parade, Ascot Vale) in a quiet leafy street 100 metres from Union Road which boasts a vibrant local shopping strip. We are 6km from Melbourne CBD with 5 min walk to train / trams / shops / numerous cafe's!! / and supermarket.
We are happy to loan bicycles for those who want to take advantage of the easily accessible extensive bike track network in Melbourne :)
We are an extremely clean / tidy family and will leave any house visited in great condition.

We had an amazing experience with our house-swappers - Stephen, Fiona and family. They were considerate, kind and respectful in all areas of the house-swap, including leaving both their house, and ours in a clean and tidy manner. Their home is in an ideal location in Ascot Vale near trams and trains direct to Melbourne city, plus loads of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The home is light, bright and beautiful, I cannot recommend them highly enough for future house-swaps.
