Mature couple who like walking, running,swimming,meditation,reading, garden, architecture,art, tai chi and travelling, one still working. We have divided our large house so that it accommodates us, our son and his wife in another small apartment and the apartment that we let our on a short term basis.Multi purpose living - we don't want to move from our lovely locale and like the idea of shared, yet separate living. What we offer to swap can be quite separate to us.

We have a small apartment that is part of our house. It has a separate entrance off its own courtyard. There is a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette / sitting room that opens via French doors to a courtyard/garden. The owner is a Superhost with Airbnb but would also like to do apartment swapping. The apartment is 10 mins to Fremantle centre, bus and 15 mins to the train.
There is a single floor mattress for a third guest. Parking permit for the street, unlimited hours.

Great stay in lovely well equipped accomodation in Fremantle.Location is very convenient to restaurants,movies and beach.We either ride or walk and didn't have to get in our car for the entire stay. Thank you Lorraine and Ian .

This a great little place in a very good quiet location within walking distance of everything in Freo , buses nearby .... lovely small flat , attached to main house , private , well setup , very good host to deal with and communicate with ..... highly reccomended

My stay of a week at this charming picturesque fully self contained front house section, was enjoyed as a base from which I devoured the winter delights of Fremantle. I found the easy walking distance around the historical prison to and from the town due the sights of surrounding old world restored houses and buildings. Best to get the TransPerth schedule's as there was the free red cat bus available, as well as other TransPerth transport. This worked out well for me, as for my first house swap.
