I am semi retired, mid 50's and are very keen to start travelling again, especially to Europe, France in particular, NZ and local trips around Australia. I may have one or both of my adult children or a friend with me. I am fit and active, non smoker, clean and respectful and would treat your home as I would expect others to treat ours.

We have a modern house which is easy to maintain on one level with a lovely pool, outdoor dining area with daybed and garden to relax in.
This is our main residence so we would need to swap simultaneously. We would also close off the master bedroom to store away belongings however there is a very comfortable guest bedroom with queen bed and with private bathroom and separate toilet. Another bedroom is also available. We obviously would be more than happy to only use your guest rooms only too!
We are retired in our mid 50's so would prefer to swap with couples without children.
Our home backs onto a golf course and is in a lovely tidy neighbourhood with plenty of cycle tracks and parks. We are very close to many amazing beaches and National Parks and 1.5hrs drive from Brisbane Airport.
Our home is a non smoking home (inside and out).

We have a very comfortable home in the Sunshine Coast which is a stone throw (5mins by car) to Peregian Beach, 15 mins from Noosa and the famous Noosa National Park, 15 mins to the Sunshine Coast Airport and 1hr 30 to Brisbane Airport. Apart from having the most spectacular weather almost all year round and being surrounded by pristine white beaches with warm blue seas, we have our pick of hiking trails, cycle trails, waterfalls and scenic day trips. We have a pool and outdoor dining area, a large living/kitchen/dining area, separate media room, wifi and a beautiful, safe neighbourhood dotted with parks (some with bbq's and childrens play areas), cycle tracks and supermarket/pizza/bottleshop/dentist etc just around the corner (2mins). Fabulous weekend markets ie. Noosa Farmers Market every Sunday. Eumundi Market Mon, Wed, Sat. National Parks, cycle tracks, Bbq areas, hiking trails, horse riding, 4x4 driving on the beach, surfing, kitesurfing, just about anything to do outside in the sunshine!!
