Our home is child friendly and would suit a variety of people. It is opposite the Indian Ocean and has magnificent views to both the North and South. A peaceful retreat yet close to all the action of Falcon and Mandurah. It is the gateway to the Great Southern, with its forests, beautiful beaches, wineries, restaurants and forests.

The House

Ocean side family home, has all the comforts of home. The views are amazing watch the surfers and dolphins at play from your own balcony. Falcon is just one hours drive south of Perth and 15 minutes to Mandurah.
Coffee shop and cafe a few minutes walk away
Shopping centre 5 minute drive away.
Lovely walks and/or bike paths
Two hours away from the Valley of the Giants and the Margaret River Wine region.

The things we love about living here

Far enough away from the maddening crowd but still readily close to Mandurah and the city of Perth.
Fast train connects Mandurah to Perth in just one hour.
Lots of local cafes and restaurants as well as several shopping centres close by.
The sunsets over the sea are amazing

Comfortable home with pretty much everything you could need. Amazing views of the ocean in all its different moods. Fantastic sunsets. Wonderful beachside walks. Great little coffee shop just up the road. What a shame we had to go home. And thank you also for leaving our home so beautifully clean
