Hi, We are a family of four, who love adventures, nature, swimming and travel! Our kids are 11 and 9 and we live in the heart of Sydney but have our own little patch of grass and country living with some chooks in our backyard! We are close to everything in Sydney and it is easy to walk most places or catch a bus or train. We have a four bedroom house and plenty of space for an inner city terrace with a backyard.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time we would prefer swap only during June long weekend and school holidays (NSW) around Lismore - particularly at Xmas.
We have a wonderful home set about 10min drive from the heart of Sydney CBD, we are 4 - a 9yo boy and 12yo girl. We have a fire pit and find it strange roasting marshmellow's so close to Australia's largest major city!
Our terrace is 3 levels:
Street level living and kitchen area, including large outside patio with table and BBQ. We have a huge comfy couch which you can lay on to watch 3000 channels of Foxtel! (but careful the couch will swallow you in comfort and you will be asleep within minutes!)
Upstairs - 3 bedrooms (2 with balconies) and a bathroom with bath
Downstairs - 1 bedroom with bathroom and laundry, a foozeball room and 'rock room' which is our storage room.
We have a large backyard with a vege garden, lawn and stone firepit.
Everything is close and we don't have off-street parking but the street parking is usually good. 5 Ways, Paddington is a 2 min walk away with some fantastic eateries, Oxford St is 10min walk with just about all the shopping you need - Westfield Bondi Junction is close by, all public transport is walking distance and we have the beautiful Victor Trumper oval just down the road.

Emily, Simon and their children Lando and Frankie are a delightful family who stayed in our home in January.
