**Currently looking for a swap to Sydney during the 2024 QLD September school holidays** We are a family of five, looking to swap anywhere in the world. Norbert is a Digital Design Manager and Samantha is a primary school teacher. We have 3 kids, aged 15, 13 and 8, who are very responsible and well-travelled. We have completed a number of house swaps around the world, and have absolutely loved the experience. We will look after your home as if it's our own, and we are also happy to care for any type of pet. We are happy to negotiate a car swap as well. We are open to offers!

Our house is in a lovely area, walking distance to the Edge Hill village. Edge Hill has a number of cafes, bakery, shops, and tropical walking trails to enjoy. We are a short bike ride or drive to the Cairns Esplanade and city, as well as many other attractions that Cairns has to offer.
Our house has an enclosed backyard, swimming pool, and plenty of toys for the kids. There is a park and playground across the road, and a few other parks within walking distance.
The sleeping arrangements are:
Bed 1: Queen bed
Bed 2: Queen bed
Bed 3: Two single beds
Bed 4: Playroom (otherwise known as the Lego room)
Additional bedding - 3 x single foam mattresses
You will have access to the WiFi, Netflix, Playstation, and many toys for the children. We are open to a car swap to help you explore Cairns, Port Douglas, and the Far North.

Cairns is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. It is a small city with all that a city has to offer, but is also where the rainforest meets the reef. You can hike in the rainforest, swim in the creeks, dive on the coral reef, visit the islands, drive a boat along the inlet, explore the town, check out the waterfront cafes and bars - pretty much anything you can think of that takes place in a tropical paradise. For our guests, we will always leave a booklet with everything you need to know about the area - the best places to spot the local wildlife (cassowaries, crocodiles, etc), the best bars and restaurants, family friendly attractions, the best day trips... The weather is perfect most of the year, so visit anytime of year!

We had an amazing time at Sam's place, so relaxed and beautiful. Very well located, just minutes from the airport and the city. House has everything you need, even a playstation for kids. We absolutely loved little kitten Hobbs who gave us such a warming welcome. Our apartment was left in immaculate order and clean. Really great swap!

It was a delight to have Sam and her family stay in our home - they treated it with the utmost respect! Their home is a child's dream! The pool is beautiful. This family have a massive heart for animals, we adored looking after and playing with Hobbs, their little kitten - a true highlight for us.
