Our cosy antique renovated house is in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours.Trains, trams and buses within 5 minutes walk. We have an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area in a passive solar space. In addition there is a formal lounge and separate dining room. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and double basins. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combination and front loading washing machine. There's a second bedroom with queen bed and a possible third bedroom with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is all electric with an induction cooktop, dishwasher and convection microwave.
The living rooms have reverse cycle heating and cooling.
Nearby you will find cafes, restaurants and all major supermarkets in a village atmosphere. There are established gardens front and back and one off street car space in a congenial inner suburb.

Kathy and Bernie were extremely generous and wonderful hosts. Kathy was an efficient communicator which made house swapping arrangements very easy to manage. Their cosy antique renovated house has lots of character and charm and is located in a quiet cul de sac with trains, trams and buses within a 5 minutes walk. We stayed in this wonderful house and experienced great hospitality and comfort from our hosts. The house has all the wonderful features as listed in the profile. We also appreciated being very close to public transport. We arranged a car swap (although we only used in twice when staying there as the house is so convenient for public transport and all other facilities.
