We are non-smoking, hard working and enjoy spending time with our family. Our home is located close to beautiful beaches a coffee shop and bakery all within walking distance. Our home is situated right in the middle of cane fields so it is private and quiet. There is room for a boat or/and caravan. Have completed a full house and car swap in New Zealand July 2019 and everyone loved it. We are always keen for a holiday or weekend getaway whenever we can fit in with our busy working life.

Andrew & Fiona's gorgeous farm house in Bundaberg was as neat as a pin, very comfortable and modern with heaps of space for a large family to spread out or have friends pop by for a visit. With loads of yard to explore or kick a ball in, kids play equipment and of course their affectionate kelpie Rusty, our children were entertained and are already asking to visit again. Beach is just down the road, Bargara & Elliott Heads only a short drive away. Andrew & Fiona were great communicators and cared for our home as they would their own.

Andrew and his family provided an amazing relaxing family holiday for us in their Innes Park home. The home itself was spacious, clean and tidy. Our children had hours of playtime in the yard, including in the tree-house. The area was quiet and beautiful. It was so easy to get to the beach/inlet, as well as to Bundaberg for shopping and other day trips. They also looked after our dog and we enjoyed looking after theirs. Upon our return, our home was how we had left it and we have already flagged possible future swaps. Can't wait!

Our time up in Innes Park was fantastic!!! not only some of the best beaches for the kids but Fiona and Andrews house was great. Set in a beautiful spot amongst cane fields, it had everything we needed, and the wonderfully comfy beds were a bonus!!!! They left my house just as i left it, and went above and beyond in dealing with my old dog who had to be put down during their stay. i cannot thank them enough for their kindness to Radar (the dog). i look forward to being able to swap with them again.

Andrew and Fiona, invited us to do a mutual swap for 6 days in July 2018 ... the whole process was very easy to arrange including meeting along the road and swapping keys ... we found their well presented home very clean and quickly felt comfortable ... it was within easy access of Bundaberg, the various beaches, a great bakery and a supermarket. Upon our return home, Andrew and his family had left our home very clean and had taken care with our property. I would recommend Andrew and Fiona to anyone thinking of doing a House Swap and seeking a place in the Bundaberg area. P.S. their dog was very friendly and we had fun playing together
