House Swap with us

My husband and I live in wonderful Palm Beach, Gold Coast. I am a Head of Department at a Gold Coast school and my partner is a retired appliance mechanic. We are interested in swaps anytime of year including school holidays (as this will allow my partner's 16 year old son to travel with us). We are also interested in long weekend swaps.

The House

A comfortable, modern townhouse with a 5 minute walk to the beach and Currumbin Creek. It is a 3 minute walk to the restaurants and shops.

The things we love about living here

Palm Beach is just 10 minutes from the Coolangatta airport and 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise. You have the choice of the surf or the still water - both at your door-step. Take a stroll along the beachfront and the boardwalk that follows Currumbin Creek. No need to get in your car, we are close to restaurants and shops. Hop on the bike and in less than 10 minutes you are at the Pines Shopping Centre. If you have children you will love the 2 amazing playgrounds we have access to (again 3 - 5 mins away). One street away is the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all the theme parks.

Lesley made our first house swap, one to remember. She was lovely throughout the entire process and very easy to communicate with. The house was great! It was very clean and only a few minutes away from Broadbeach and surfers paradise. We especially enjoyed sitting back in the spa at the end of each day. Lesley took great care of our house and it was nice and clean when we returned. If you're looking for a trip to the Gold Coast, we would highly recommend Lesley's house.
