Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Shoal Bay, Port Stephens , NSW
We are semi retired couple living in beautiful Port Stephens and we have two sons and their families living in Melbourne Vic and one son and his family living in Currumbin Valley Qld. We really enjoy travelling backwards and forwards between our families and have enjoyed in the past the opportunity to house swap. We are quite flexible in terms of time, either short medium or long term swaps. Our home is surrounded by National Park and we are five minutes walk to a surf beach and about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful bay beach of Shoal Bay. If you enjoy being by the water, you will love Port Stephens. Dolphin cruises are year round and whale watching during the winter. We are an hours drive from the major regional city of Newcastle and 40 minutes from Newcastle airport. The renown Hunter Valley vineyard areas are about an hour and half away. Our home is a four bedroom house with swimming pool and rumpus room with pool table. Lovely back garden backing onto National Park and two chickens, will lay you fresh eggs every morning. Beagle/Spaniel cross. 11years old. Daisy, Sleeps outdoors in her kennel, has an indoor bed in the kitchen only for during the day if that's okay. Otherwise outside. Very obedient.
