Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Elanora, Gold Coast, QLD
There are three in our family - one adult and two children (11 year old girl and 8 year old boy). We have a pet cat that will stay at our house during the swap. We love all animals and would be happy to look after your pets. I am a lawyer. My children and I love to travel and experience new cultures. We are also enjoy swimming, hiking, visiting museums and live music. We are Australian but lived overseas (in Asia and Europe) for 8 years prior to moving to back to Australia.

Our home is modern and spacious, has high ceilings and is open plan to catch cool breezes in the summer. We have a view of the ocean and a swimming pool. The house is very family friendly with children's play equipment and toys. However, it is also a perfect place for adults to retreat. Our home has four bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds and two singles and an extra single floor mattress. The house has three bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. One of the bedrooms is in a self contained granny flat with an internal staircase leading to the main part of the house and a lockable door in between.
The house is furnished with solid timber furniture and leather sofas and decorated with Balinese artwork.
Please note that we have a cat that will stay at the property while we are away.

Elanora is conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, forests and mountains. But it also has a large shopping centre, and numerous restaurants and cafes.
Palm Beach and Currumbin are the closest beaches with white sands, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and surf life saving club. "The Alley" at the mouth of Currumbin Creek is a great spot to learn to surf. 10 mins drive to Coolangatta international and domestic airport. 1 hour drive to Byron Bay.
If you want to take a trip up to Brisbane while you're here the train from Varsity Lakes station (15 mins drive) is very convenient.
The weather is perfect here all year round.
