Hello! I'm Kimberley and my partner is Lachlan. We have two chalk and cheese sons that are 9 and 7 and we live in the Gold Coast hinterland. We love to explore our surroundings, especially the weekend farmers markets! We are looking to have an extended stay in Tasmania from December 2024 for 3-6 months. Particularly around the Hobart area, but open to other areas also! We are looking to swap houses with another family who would love to stay in our house and look after our three easy going indoor cats Salem, Chilli and Gizmo.

Our home is situated on 6 acres in the Gold Coast hinterland that has immediate views overlooking Mount Tamborine. Our home has a king bed in the master bedroom, two singles in one bedroom and a pull out couch in the third. The property is full of beautiful trees, plants and flowers and we regularly have wildlife visiting, including a sleepy koala who likes to sleep in some low branches outside the bedroom window. While the house feels nice and secluded, it is only a 15 minute drive to major supermarkets Coles and Woolworths and 30-40 minutes to the beach. If you prefer to drive inland, there is a cute town not far away which offers a fun playground, health food shop, the best sushi EVER and another smaller supermarket just to name a few.
