Hello! We are the Lenihan family, Brendan and I are very grateful for our wonderful family, mostly adults now and looking to enjoy traveling more with Ruby(14years),our youngest child. I work as a hospital social worker in the beautiful town of Cooroy, and Brendan works as a general superintendent for large commercial construction projects. We enjoy family get together, hosting our friends at home for a bbq, drinks and the occasional games night. We enjoy all aspects of living in the SC, swimming, boating, walks and picnics. The SC is a wonderful place to live and one of Australia's best tourist area... without the fast pace of the Gold Coast. There is something for everyone. 2 of our 4 lovely children still live at home. Ben is 23 and travels with us some times but generally, it is Brendan, myself (Judith) and Ruby the baby of the family who is 14 years old. We are a relaxed family, love our little dogs Hazel and Seamus and hope to travel more often and see more of Australia and New Zealand. We have recently added an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area as is a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Our home is comfortable and stylish and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our spacious home is located on the fabulous Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Offering comfort, style and every little detail is thought of to add a touch of luxury to your stay! We have 4 bedrooms, our main bedroom is ensuite is very spacious and opens on to the pool. Our entertainment area includes an outdoor kitchen and extra dining area, pool, table tennis/etc.Sleeping consists ( 1 double/ 1 Queens/ 1 King) and a double sofa bed in the office/ 4th bedroom. Downstairs rumpus room can easily accomodate another double if needed. The main living areas are upstairs which are light and airy and include a front deck with outdoor setting and fire pit overlooking the beautiful bush and creek. One bedroom is downstairs with the rumpus/teen retreat opposite and the laudry which includes washer and dryer. It has all the modern conveniences and is within a few minutes drive of the quaint towns of Nambour/Woombye and Palmwoods. We are a 10 minute drive to the hinterland, Flaxton and Montville are favourites of ours.It is only 20 mins to the many beaches along the coast and the main town of Maroochydore. It is about 30 minutes to Noosa or Caloundra at the other end of the coast. Our home is in a quiet, friendly residential cul de sac. We have a pool for you to enjoy with a fire pit and a 12 seat outdoor dining, new renovations include a wonderful outdoor kitchen with bar fridge and beefeater bbq. For indoor living there is a/c to combat the steamy qld summers in all living areas and bedrooms. Cable tv in both living rooms and an 6 seater dining table ...we love it and hope you do too!

Sunshine coast offers everything for a dream holiday. Our location is ideal because we are at the foot of Ranges - Mapleton, Flaxton, Maleny, Glasshouse with wineries, walks great restaurants. The big pineapple is on our doorstep and of course the famous beaches of Mooloolaba are within 25 minutes...we will let you know where the locals hang out though....
