Our children are all grown up and have finally flown the coop! We have been left with a lovely home with only the two of us in it. We are happy to swap this 4 bed home for accommodation for two. School holidays are our preference.

Our modern beach-style family home is the perfect place for a holiday in Perth. Located just 400 meters from the beach, there are plenty of dining options. several within walking distance. The house is also a 2 minute walk from the Victoria Street train station which is located on the Fremantle to Perth line and can get you to the best Perth/Fremantle attractions. If you chose to have a nice night in, we have an open kitchen area which is great for entertaining, as well as an outside couch area for those warm nights. There is also a plunge pool which can be heated and is great for kids WA SCHOOL HOLIDAY SWAP ONLY .

We are located between Cottesloe beach and the Swan River. Transport, restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. Due to the proximity to the train line, the house is close to the Fremantle markets, Cottesloe beach and Claremont quarter.

We stayed in Andrew and Fiona's house in Dec/Jan last and had a very enjoyable time. We felt at home in their lovely comfortable house. The beach and shops are within easy walking distance and some of us walked to Cottesloe quit a few times. We also swapped cars.
