Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Ocean Shores, Byron Bay , NSW
We are a semi-retired couple who love life and enjoy traveling. We have had many enjoyable home exchanges in Europe, and now wish to see a bit more of Australia. Alison used to be a school teacher for many years and now works occasionally as a marriage celebrant, choir director and art journaling teacher. Gerrit was an electrical engineer and now does occasionally some handyman work.

Spacious house in South Ocean Shores with ocean views from the living room, the deck and the master bedroom.
We have reverse cycle air conditioning. 3 mins drive to beaches in Brunswick heads or New Brighton. 15mins drive to Byron Bay.
Master bedroom with King bed, and an office (which can become a single bedroom).
We also have a self contained studio downstairs (Queen bed) which could be made available as well.
We prefer no dogs or cats at our place please, although we don't mind it if your place has a cat.

We are situated on a hill with ocean views in the South end of Ocean Shores in the Byron Bay shire. 3 mins drive to Brunswick Heads beaches and cafes. 15 mins drive to Byron Bay, 10 mins drive to Mullumbimby. Close to beautiful surf beaches, river mouth beaches for swimming, organic farmers markets, music, theatre and other cultural attractions in Byron Bay and Mullumbimby. Ocean Shores shopping centre is just down the hill.
