We are a family of 5- myself and husband, plus 3 boys aged 12, 10 and 8 years. Husband works in office management in the city. I work part time in the social work field. Our boys love the outdoors, especially bike riding, swimming, soccer, beaches and exploring. We all enjoy games, puzzles, reading and being outdoors as a family. We care for our home and would show the same respect for yours.

Our spacious home sits on over 1 acre in a vineyard estate in a picturesque area just out of Picton. Our yard backs onto the working vineyard.
Our home has 4 bedrooms- 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds.
The large yard has a beautiful covered entertaining area with outdoor lounge, table, BBQ, dart board. This overlooks the pool and trampoline with the vineyard directly behind.
We have plenty of toys and games for children and families.
There are bikes and scooters. The estate has a tennis court for your use.
Our home is well maintained yet comfortable for young families to relax in.
Perfect for an easy getaway from Sydney. Only 1 1/4 hours drive from CBD.

Mowbray Park Farm offers the opportunity of experiencing an agricultural tourism farm.
Cataract, Cordeaux and Avon Dams are all a short drive away.

Michelle's home is situated in a stunning vineyard estate just a few kilometres outside Picton village. The home and yard are both enormous and immaculately maintained. My son loved the light filled playroom, playing 'shop' in the chubby house and jumping on the trampoline. We relaxed picnicing in the vines directly behind the property and sunning ourselves on the lounges by the pool. There were various activities close by to keep us all entertained including Mowbray farm, fruit picking and bush walks. My son told me today he 'doesn't like home, likes holiday home' I guess we'll be asking Michelle to swap again soon.
