We are two retired teachers in our early 70s who love travel and would love to share our house with people of similar interests. I'm a people person, and Kev is a sports freak! We're both very responsible .. . a job requirement for Deputy Principals. We're also healthy and active and have friends all over Australia. We've done significant overseas travel and think it's time to explore Australia in more detail.

Our house is very tropical, beside a lovely rainforested creek.. it doesn't flood! Air con, fans and swimming pool are a must for southerners usually. Easy cleaning with all tiles but a large back yard requires mowing. The pool is easy but will leave instructions in case. We have many helpful friends if you require support or advice! We prefer adults rather than children as we don't want to have to put things away. There would be a car available if required. This is new for us but we've heard such good things we're keen to try. We're interested in about 4-6 weeks, often around Melbourne or Sydney as we have friends, family and lots of things to do there but we're flexible.
Aircon, pool, covered verandahs, securiry screens, gas cooking and hot water.... all available.
We wouldn't want to live anywhere else we've ever been, in spite of our summer humidity. It's beautiful scenery, lovely people and dozens of things you can do in a day.
We'd ideally like swaps in or close to Melbourne, inner Sydney or on the north side of Brisbane. Times are flexible as we're retired and love to travel.
Two new requirements for us are 1. Fully vaxxed against Covid please. 2. No smoking.
