We can easily add additional single/cot to bedrooms 2 and 3.

Wood heater with ample firewood and split system AC so you’ll never be cold or hot.
Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of staples. Coffee machine, sodasteam.

Veggies and herbs to pick as you like.
Sunny, very quiet location a 10 minute walk to Hobart CBD. We’re next to a large reserve with great bushwalking and mountain biking.
Available from just before Christmas to early Feb. Festivals galore with Tasmanian Food and Wine Festival, Sydney to Hobart yacht race and Mona Foma! Also the best weather month for Tassie.
