Our family includes myself (Nicole), my husband (Mark) and my 4 well behaved children aged 9, 10, 12 and 13. We are extremely respectful of other people's property and vigilantly supervise our children. We are very experienced house swappers and travelers. We are always looking for new adventures and experiences so we are open to anything! School holidays are our preference. Our house and location offers a range of options so we welcome all sorts of travelers. We insist on respectful visitors and well supervised children.

Our home is a cool beach house in an awesome location. Walk to the beach, lake, parks, sports fields, shopping centre and cinemas. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area downstairs. The deck opens up onto the living area and backyard to make for a simple and easy life! We have a brand new beautiful pool!! We have a great house for kids as well as lots of cool toys. Our family is located just 5 mins away and will be here to be your tour guides if necessary!

North Narrabeen beach has a world famous surf break with a beautiful rock pool. The lake/lagoon is clean and shallow, perfect for kids to swim and play in the sand. Great food markets across the road every Friday with a lovely local vibe. Located 20 mins drive from the beautiful Palm Beach and Manly. Close to public transport to the city, Manly and Palm Beach. Perfect for families with bike paths, an indoor play centre and great outdoor parks nearby. Good restaurants, cafes and bars close to us. Many beautiful coastal walks, one from the end of our street. Located on the northern beaches of Sydney, still close enough to visit all of the attractions such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, museums, theatres, fine dining, Taronga Zoo (most beautiful views of any zoo in the world!) etc. There are also lots of magnificent golf courses with stunning ocean views. Catching a Ferry from Manly in Sydney harbour is just magnificent and an iconic trip! Within a 2 hr drive of Sydney are the lovely Hunter Valley Vineyards (producing some of Australia's best wines) or the Blue Mountains (amazing views and bush walking). Sunny Sydney is a stunning city surrounded by beautiful waterways.
