House Swap with me

I am a semi-retired remote worker in the bio-tech industry. I am open to longer stays as I can work from anywhere with good wi-fi/internet and explore the area for the remainder of the week. Especially interested in areas with easy access to Caulfield (Melb) so I can spend time near family there. I have lived, worked and travelled in the UK, Europe and USA. I love my low maintenance home 800m from Kirra Beach and the coastal lifestyle. Enjoying travelling Australia again - sometimes solo, sometimes with a friend or with one or both of my early teenage granddaughters (while they still think Grandma is cool).

All one level end of terrace villa. Open plan living, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with private enclosed front and back courtyards in a gated community for all ages. It is quiet, leafy and well maintained. There are 2 pools and 2 tennis courts.

800m to Kirra Beach, cafes, restaurants, shops.
Short walk round Kirra Point to Coolangatta.
Coolangatta airport (OOL) only 2.3km but not in flight path.
Easy access to everything the Gold Coast, hinterland and Northern Rivers NSW have to offer.
