We are a couple of professionals both working in IT. We have 2 little girls of 10 and 11 years old and a gorgeous border collie. Looking to swap with people that have endorsements and are either willing to take care of our dog or happy for us to take her with.

Mermaid Waters is just 5 minutes from the beach and is bordered by Broadbeach to the north, Mermaid Beach to the east, and Miami to the south and Robina to the west.
It is known as a quiet, family residential area comprising the 17ha freshwater Lake Hugh Muntz and a series of lakes and canals winding through the neighbourhood providing recreational activities such as swimming and kayaking. The infrastructure includes shopping at Q Super Centre, Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre complexes; education at Miami State School, Miami High School, Merrimac High School, All Saints Anglican School, Somerset College, Marymount College and Bond University. Sporting facilities at Pizzey Park include a skate park, swimming complex, Burleigh Bears Leagues Club, Burleigh Soccer Club, Little Athletics and a gymnastics club. We had the pleasure of staying at Anne and Dani’s lovely home. We had an amazing time at your beautiful place in Mermaid Waters. Their home is very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved relaxing by the heated pool and the kids enjoyed the trampoline and playing in the large park that backs on to the property. We enjoyed being so close to the beach/ Burleigh headland and the fantastic restaurants in Broadbeach and surrounds. Close by to all the Gold Coast has to offer it’s a fantastic base to call home while exploring the region. I would highly recommend Anne’s place for anyone looking for a lovely getaway on the Gold Coast. We were grateful for your trust in us and for looking after our place so well. Our home was left in spotless condition and I would recommend Anne and family as the perfect house guests. Thanks again!

Our family of 5 had an awesome stay at Dani's comfortable and clean house. The big open plan living and dining area was a great place for us all to hang out and be together. The location was central to everything. We especially loved visiting the bustling Burleigh Heads and also the beautiful hinterland. We looked after their gorgeous dog Luna and friendly cat Baloo who were no trouble at all. We all got very attached to them which made it hard to leave. We met a few of the neighbours in the park which backs on to the property which is a great space if you have kids that need to burn some energy! Dani and his family left our house spotless so it was lovely to come back knowing our home was well looked after. I highly recommend staying at their place. You will not be disappointed.

Dani and Anne's house is gorgeous, and has all the amenities you need for the perfect family holiday! Well situated a short drive from beaches, and surrounded by parklands and sprawling canals, the jewel of this house is a centrally located pool which is accessible from all parts of the house. There is loads of natural light throughout, and all the comforts you need. We highly recommend this house, and it's wonderful hosts!

We loved staying at Dani's house and the kids loved the big park out the back playing with their beautiful, well behaved dog. We had a great week down the Coast and very grateful to come home and see our house clean and well looked after. Thanks guys!
