I am semi-retired with a 24yo son still living at home and a married 28yo daughter living not far away in Sydney. I have family that live on the Gold Coast - at Nobbys, Burleigh, Kirra, and Byron so I often come up for Christmas/Easter and other family celebrations. I have been living in Bondi Beach for 37 years and love the lifestyle here so close to the beach and the City. I'm a corporate/ facilitator coach - who also likes reading, choir singing, hiking and movies. I am open to all offers :) Maree

A semi-detached house in quiet leafy street 10 mins walk to Bondi Beach. It is 2 storey brick - an open plan bright North facing kitchen/lounge/dining area and bathroom downstairs with separate office/study that has a comfy double bed. Upstairs is a light filled second lounge/TV area and 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 queen) with a 2nd bathroom. There is a circular deck opening off the kitchen for outside dining/relaxing with BBQ down in small garden.
Parking is on street with a permit in the cul-de-sac street - good place to meet the neighbours!

Bondi Beach is one of most iconic tourist destinations in Australia. The beach is beautiful, the water clear and mostly warm! There are wonderful nature walks close by as well as many fabulous restaurants and cafes and cultural attractions such as the Sydney Opera House and wonderful Sydney Harbour.

We had a wonderful house swap experience with Maree and her family. Communication and transfer of info was excellent, before and during the swap. Lots of good will all round. Her house was comfy and ideally located, close to Bondi Beach and public transport.
