Double Brick open plan house with spacious living and dining rooms and adjoining large deck overlooking tropical leafy garden with district views over Manly Vale. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has an Ikea sofabed that converts to two singles if required. The other bedroom has a king single bed.
High speed FTTP NBN Internet connection.
Driveway beside house provides convenient entry to the house which is in a quiet secure street. Solar panels, compost bin, worm farm and water tank make this an environmentally sustainable house. Accessible entry to house from driveway.
Beautiful sunsets from deck at rear of house.
A grandmother lives in the converted garage and a mature IT student lives in a self contained bed sit under the house with separate entry.

Great communication throughout the swap. Good location for Sydney city and Manly. Lovely quiet spacious home with comfortable seating and bed. Ian was a pleasure to swap with and left our home beautifully clean and tidy.
