Our house is on two levels. Our kitchen, main living area and bedroom is located upstairs with another bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

We are located very close to the beach.
Our home is across the road from Blundstone arena hosting international cricket.
5 to 10 minute drive to Hobart and Salamanca markets.
10 minute drive from airport.
Bellerive Quay offers cafes, yacht club, hotel, chemist, doctor surgery etc.
Very close to bus stop.

Karen and David were so accommodating and their property close to the beach is just perfect. A wonderful property just a block away from the beach and walking track. Not only is this a modern home with all the facilities that made it comfortable and inviting, but it also has beautiful views from a generous deck upstairs overlooking the water. The place was immaculately clean and in as-new condition. Close to Bellerive shops and restaurants and ferry to the city. Close enough to the CBD if you wanted to drive there. A great central location to enjoy Hobart and surrounds. We highly recommend this property and would visit again... and again!

Thank you for swapping your home with us Karen and Dave. It was a lovely comfortable home in a perfect location for exploring Hobart and further afield. We had many enjoyable day trips and also appreciated being able to catch the ferry across to Hobart City. We really enjoyed our stay and thanks for your help and advice.
