We're a family of five, our kids are 16, 13 and 10. We have a little dog who is really well trained and would love to travel with us. Andrew is a financial planner, and I (Flavia) am a researcher. We're passionate for travelling, and will respect anyone's place like we respect ours.

We live in a comfortable, modern and practical house, with large front and back yards. The garden is gorgeous, with a wide variety of flowers and trees. Plenty of space for kids to play! They love it. We're a twelve-minute walk to North Avalon beautiful beach.

Avalon Beach is one of the most beautiful places in Sydney! To get to the small peninsula where Avalon is located you have to go through the famous "Bends", a two-minute narrow road overlooking the ocean. Avalon and the surrounding beaches, Clareville, Bilgola, Whale and Palm, are stunning. On a weekday, you can have them almost to yourself. Or you can go snorkelling, SUP, surfing, hire a boat, go bushwalking... Walk around Avalon's gorgeous village, visit the French bakery, La Banette, have delicious ice creams at Chill Bar, great quality coffees, a French meal... Avalon Village is cute and small, however it has a bit of everything. Before I moved here, I found it funny how locals just LOVE this area. But now... I totally understand!:) And perhaps the best about Avalon is that you get all these beach-escape-feel without going that far: there are buses from here to Sydney's CBD, or to other amazing places in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
