We are semi retired couple. My wife is a nurse and our son has moved out but we try to holiday together. Love travelling in Australia/Tasmania and overseas.Can easily leave on a short notice. At this moment we are looking for a swap in Sydney (beach area preferred) and Tasmania (Hobart or Launceston preferred). However open to suggestions. We keep a clean house, non smokers and have a respect for people's property.
