Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Umina Beach, Sydney, Central Coast, Beach House, NSW
We are an active older couple, Non smokers & semi retired. We’ve enjoyed a lot of travel for work and exploration in the past. Our 2024 calendar is mostly already full, but maybe a White Christmas in 2025 would be nice? Or other suggestions for 2025. This home is a holiday let and our Sydney base, so we can be flexible with time. We are also very mindful of taking care of someone else's home & pets as you would expect your own.

Lock up garage for 1 car & 1 secure car spot, inside gate. There is a pull out sofa bed in downstairs lounge room. Laundry and Washing Line and large fully equipped kitchen.
It is a popular 'Holiday Let', but will have the calendar blocked if swap agreed.
