A gorgeous weatherboard family home. Located in the best suburb in Geelong. Our home combines classic features with spacious family and dining living. Lots of natural light overlooking a beautiful established garden and pool. All fenced and secure. A brand new kitchen completed in Nov 2020. There are 3 double bedrooms and a child's room. Bedrooms comprise Master with Kingsize bed and recently renovated en-suite. Three queen size bedrooms with two living zones and a renovated main bathroom. A brand new outdoor deck with covered Vergola and bbq area. Newtown is a vibrant and sought after location. Our home is very private with a security gate and off street parking. It's a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

Numerous golf courses are within walking or driving distance. Bellarine Peninsula has fabulous wineries and dining options only 25 mins away. Adventure park for the kids is 20 minutes away. Theres art galleries, libraries and museums only 10 minutes away too. There's so much to see and do! You can fly into Avalon airport from Sydney or the Gold Coast and it's a 20 minute drive to our home. Or Tullamarine airport servicing all capital cities is an hour away. We are only an hour by car or train to Melbourne. You can do Melb as a day trip easily. Or you can catch the ferry to Melb. There's also the Ferry from Queenscliffe to Sorrento to explore another beautiful coastal area.

Our stay at Amanda's was fantastic. Her house is in a superb location, and is immaculately presented. Communication was perfect, and everything was relaxed and easy. We believe our house was actually cleaner after the swap than before! Can't recommend highly enough.
