The House

The House

EASTERLY BREEZE...fabulous waterviews.
My home was a popular B and B...especially in Summer.
It is an airy, light-filled apartment above a former corner store....now a residence.
Sanctuary Point is a popular village with all mod cons , beaches, boat ramp, walks, bike tracks, cafes and a Country Club with golf and tennis.
We are a short drive to Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park.
(Nearby there is also a new shopping complex which includes Woolworths and Aldi.)

NOTE...comments about my previous swaps refer to my former home.

Pam's house at Santuary Point was in a great location for a Jervis Bay holiday. We really enjoyed Pam's comfortable house situated with a view of the water from the balcony, a lovely outdoor space and a comfortable open plan space inside. While we were there we explored Booderee national park, especially all the beautiful beaches. The house is situated above a local general store with a take-away cafe. The house has a relaxed atmosphere. Pam was very easy to contact in preparing for our trip and was happy for us to bring our dog to stay.

Fiona from Forest Lodge NSW (Nov 2021)

Location, location, location! If you are up to explore the Jervis Bay region, Pam's place is the place to be. Waking up to beautiful bird songs and view over the lake you plan your day: Hyams Beach, one of the other white sand beaches, Honeymoon Bay, Hole in the Wall, Cave Beach you name everything is so beautiful, close by and relaxed. One of the highlights for the kids was when they were joined by a couple of kangaroos one day while playing hide and seek around the house. Pam's house has everything you need (incl some great books and CDs) and the people at the corner shop give you always a smiling face to come home to. Definitely a recommend swap.

Tom from Manly Beach NSW (Nov 2020)

Pam's home is large and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location and garden are just gorgeous for breakfast. Lots to see and do in the area. We had a great time.

Sheema from Glebe NSW (Aug 2018)

Thanks Pam for all your speedy replies and for being up for a last minute swap. Great Lake location and bird spotting, not to mention kangaroos past your garden.

Jo from Newport Beach NSW (Jun 2018)

Thanks Pam for being so flexible and easy to communicate with. Great little cottage filled with character and in a lovely nature filled environment.

Helen from Elizabeth Bay NSW (Jan 2018)

We had a lovely time at Pam's place. It is so close to the water, and the South Coast has so many amazing places to visit. Pam was really easy to communicate with and very welcoming.

Bianca from Port Macquarie NSW (Mar 2017)

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place in Sanctuary Point. It's spacious, comfortable and such a great base to explore St George's Basin and Jervis Bay. Thanks Pam!
