Hi we are 55+ couple Natalia and Andre. Natalia is a registered nurse , Andre is working in the entertainment business . We love nature, books, music, arts and travelling. Our apartment is located on the most beautiful boulevard in Melbourne - St.Kilda road. All the best parks are in 1 km radius - Royal Botanical gardens, Fawkner Park and Albert Park. Albert Park is our backyard with a golf course, playgrounds, gorgeous footpaths around and bowling / pétanque clubs. Albert lake with lots of bird life. Tram stop is in front of the building and in 10 min you will be at Federation square. If you like the beach then you can walk, cycle (5 min) or catch the tram to either famous St.Kilda beach or Middle Park beaches.There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area in the walking distance. Small but excellent IGA is 10 min walk through the park.Our building is a quiet and secure place with a secure access to the building and each floor. During the day we have a helpful building manager/concierge. It's a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with laundry (washing machine and dryer) On the leafy balcony there is a Weber BBQ. Master bedroom has a king size comfortable bed. Second bedroom has a sofa bed. The Living area is open plan, table for 4 people and a couch . Kitchen is small but equipped with Euro appliances, no need to worry about doing dishes :) we have got the dishwasher.There is the coffee machine. Air-cons in each room. Entertainment - we have a high speed unlimited internet on the Samsung TV 85 inch, PS 3 with games, tennis rackets, bicycles ( Melbourne is a heaven for cycling) and helmets .

Andre and Natasha are a delightful and friendly couple. No problems at all with our swap, and our house was left cleaner and tidier than it has ever been! Their apartment is very pleasant and comfortable, close to many of Melbourne's major attractions. Car and bikes included in the swap - all excellent. No hesitation at all in recommending for a swap.

Andre and Natasha left my house in immaculate condition. My dog, Toby, who they cared for was sorry to see them leave. I highly recommend Andre and Natasha for house swaps. Their apartment in St Kilda is superb and ideally placed for getting around Melbourne.
