This apartment is in the heart of Melbourne city within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena, the MCG, National Gallery of Victoria, CBD and Botanical Gardens.
Spacious apartment in Southbank high rise complex. Fully equipped with kitchen, laundry and entertainment systems. The apartment was renovated in September 2020 with new carpet, fresh paint and upgrade of some furniture. The building has gym, pool and tennis court. Concierge service from 6am to 10pm and 24 hour security guard.
This is our second home (city get away), we also have a house in the Suburb of Glen Waverley if you prefer to be away from the city. We can do non-simultaneous swaps.
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Prior to 2020, I have done a swap to QLD, Paris and Ballina. I need find my old login details to see if my old reviews are there. But we always treat other homes like our own.
Please note the 3rd bedrooms is usually locked for our personal belongings and is available on request only. The bedding in the other 2 rooms are 1 king (or can be split into 2 singles), 1queen and 1 single in the other room.

The best part of Dina’s apartment is definitely the position - 26th floor in Southbank! The view from the windows is amazing and so easy to walk down to the river. Using only public transport it was a nuisance to get the key from so far away, with no bus links so we had to get a taxi. It would be better held at the building itself. The apartment was basic but had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Dina was excellent and the manager was very helpful.

Stayed in this comfortable apartment which has plenty of room for relaxing and is within walking distance of Melbourne Southbank precinct A tram to City is also within walking distance . I have total praise for Aussie House Swap and can't wait for more swaps .

We have just arrived home from 5 wonderful nights in Dina and her family's Melbourne Apartment. What a fab way to give our children a true Melbourne experience. The apartment was everything we needed, warm, cosy, clean with wonderful views of the city and an incredible pool and tennis court to enjoy. We found our way to all sorts of Melbourne attractions and locations, getting everywhere easily by tram or foot. Crown Casino complex being only a 3 minute walk away. Dina and her family looked after our home and Dog and left our home exactly as we had left it. Everything looked untouched when we arrived home and our dog happy as ever with the care he was given. The communication was smooth and informative. The information they provided allowed us to find the apartment and gain access easily. We cannot thank this beautiful family enough for giving us such a wonderful experience in Melbourne as well as taking such good care of our home and dog so thoroughly.
